For Schools
Helping young people calm down, connect & thrive
In a world of constant noise and screen time, many young people are losing touch with the natural rhythms that support wellbeing. Our school-based forest bathing sessions offer a gentle, guided experience in local woodland or school grounds - helping pupils reconnect with nature and with themselves.
What to expect
-
Sensory activities that promote calm, curiosity, and focus
-
Time for stillness, listening, and mindful noticing
-
A safe space to de-stress and feel restored
-
Time to express creativity
Nature Immersion is suitable for KS5 to Sixth Form, adaptable for small groups, enrichment weeks, or regular sessions throughout the year - including in the run-up to exams.
Whether it’s part of a wellbeing programme, environmental learning, or simply a chance to pause, these experiences are deeply nourishing for young minds.
Let’s help bring nature back into their lives.
“The more high-tech our lives become, the more nature we need. Time in nature is not leisure time; it’s an essential investment in our children’s health and well-being. When children learn to connect with nature, they discover a sense of wonder that can last a lifetime.”
Richard Louv, Last Child in the Woods
