No swimsuits needed! Forest Bathing is about soaking up the sights, sounds, smells, and textures of the forest - not scrubbing down in a stream. Think of it as nature’s spa day for your soul.
If you can manage a slow walk or sit under a tree, you're in. Most sessions are under 1km at a very gentle pace.

You'll be gently guided through a series of mindful invitations to help you connect with nature. It’s slow, quiet, and deeply grounding.
Roughly 2 to 3 hours — long enough to fully unwind, but short enough to be home in time for dinner.
Dress for the weather and wear comfy shoes. Bring water, a snack, and a mat or folding chair if you'd like. Possibly a small towel to wipe your feet if we do some barefoot walking.
Possibly. If they can sit still for more than five minutes without asking for Wi-Fi, great! Generally, ages 15+ are most receptive. Parents often enjoy the solo time.

Light rain or snow? We go - it adds atmosphere! Thunderstorms or extreme weather? We reschedule. There’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong jacket.
Both options are available. Some people love sharing the experience with others; some prefer silence and solo reflection. You choose what suits you.
Absolutely. Got five or more people? Let’s find a date and location that works. I guide mainly around London and Hertfordshire, but I’m happy to travel or suggest beautiful nearby spots.

Yes, please! It’s encouraged. It’s called ‘earthing’ and it feels wonderful.
As much as I love dogs, they’ll need to sit this one out (unless they’re a certified therapy dog). Their playful energy can distract from the slow, immersive pace.
