Nature of the Activity
Forest Bathing is a guided, nature-based wellbeing practice involving slow walking, sitting, stillness, and sensory connection in natural surroundings. While gentle and accessible, it still involves time outdoors in varied environments and terrain.

Voluntary Participation
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may choose to leave the session at any time.

Health & Medical Disclaimer
By attending, you confirm that:
-
You are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in low-impact outdoor activity.

You have informed the facilitator of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or access needs that may affect your participation.
-
You understand that this session does not constitute medical treatment or therapy.
-
If you are pregnant, have a chronic illness, or any concerns, you have consulted your GP before attending.
