These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all Forest Bathing sessions and related services offered by Heart and Earth, whether booked online, by email, or in person.

 

1. Making a Booking

• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full (unless otherwise agreed).

• You will receive a confirmation email with session details upon successful booking.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details so we can reach you with updates or changes.

 

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Payment is accepted via secure online checkout or as otherwise specified on the booking page.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds (Client-Initiated)

You may cancel your booking by email to gillian@heartandearth.com.

• More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or option to reschedule.

• Less than 48 hours: No refund, but we’ll do our best to reschedule if possible.

• No-shows: No refund.

If you fall ill or have an emergency, please get in touch - we aim to be fair and compassionate.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Our Side)

In the rare event that we need to cancel (e.g. dangerous weather, illness, low enrolment):

• You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session.

• We are not liable for any travel or other costs you may incur.

 

5. Arriving for Your Session

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session begins.

• We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals once the session has started, and refunds will not be given in this case.

 

6. Gift Vouchers & Credits

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• They are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with permission.

 

7. Online Shop (Future Inclusion)

If we launch a shop, separate terms will cover shipping, returns, and product guarantees. These will be made available clearly at the point of purchase.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
